Serving Up Some Soul!

Check out the poster for our upcoming event!

Serving up Some Soul for Loving Spoonful!!!

(not the band, but the great organization that promotes food security in Kingston)

This month DJ E, La Gringa, and Redfoot will be joined by DJ Omid, debuting with the Shakedown. Other friend still to be announced!

We will be hitting you up with soulful tunes for the last event at Time to Laugh until…?

There’s lots to celebrate, so come on out.

Save the date!

…or not.

It just so happens that there is another event happening the same night as the one we had planned to do our next Shakedown.  As such, we might be changing things up, so I can’t tell you for sure when our March event is going to be.

What I can tell you is that La Gringa and DJ Redfoot will be returning with new, awesome grooves, and we will also be welcoming two amazing guest DJs.

Stay tuned for details!

Poster Runner-up

So, I (La Gringa ) am in charge of poster design for this upcoming Shakedown, and since I thinks about these things way too much, my favourite poster idea was musical llamas.  We ended up choosing my other design, but I loved this one so much I decided to share it here.

Behold, the musical llamas in all their glory!

(The Andes definitely have Soul Shakedown)
